Refund & Returns Policy
At Diva Secret UAE, we stand behind the quality of our products and the integrity of our business platform. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you navigate the return and refund process.
1. 14-Day Return Guarantee
In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection laws, customers and members have the right to return products within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The safety seal on the Diva SC box must remain intact.

You must provide a valid proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice).
2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations regarding food supplements:

Any product that has been opened or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded.

Membership “Starter” or “Diamond” entry fees are generally non-refundable once the digital dashboard has been activated and products have been dispatched.

Products purchased during a “Clearance” or “Final Sale” event are not eligible for return.
3. The Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Support: Email support@divasecretuae.com with your order details and the reason for the return.

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item at our UAE warehouse, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the “unopened” criteria.

Approval: Upon approval, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Note: For bank transfers or cash payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the account holder’s name matching the order.

4. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer/member unless the product arrived damaged or was shipped in error by Diva Secret UAE.

Initial Shipping: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your Diva SC boxes arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing defect:

Please take a photo of the damaged item immediately upon delivery.

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Impact on Compensation & Bonuses
Diva Secret operates a transparent Unilevel and Pairing bonus system. Please be aware of the following:

If a refund is issued for a product that generated a Sponsor Bonus, Affiliate Reward, or Unilevel Commission, those earnings will be clawed back or deducted from the respective member’s future payouts.

Returning an initial membership package may result in the suspension or termination of the associated Member Account and Affiliate Link.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched from our logistics center. Once an order is “In Transit,” the standard 14-day return policy applies.
