Welcome to Diva Secret UAE<\/strong>. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, the purchase of our products, and your participation in our Independent Business Partner (IBP) and Affiliate programs within the United Arab Emirates. By accessing our platform or purchasing a membership package, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Definitions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • “Company”<\/strong> refers to Diva Secret UAE and Diva Secret International.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • “Member\/IBP”<\/strong> refers to an individual who has purchased a membership package (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Diamond).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • “Affiliate”<\/strong> refers to a member utilizing their unique referral link to generate sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • “Products”<\/strong> refers to Diva SC and any other goods offered by the Company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Eligibility and Account Registration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • To become a member in the UAE, you must be at least 18 years of age.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Each individual is permitted only one primary account unless otherwise authorized by corporate leadership for business expansion purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Independent Business Partner Status<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • As a member, you are an Independent Business Partner<\/strong>. You are not an employee, agent, or legal representative of Diva Secret UAE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • You have no authority to bind the Company to any obligation or contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • You are responsible for your own business expenses and any applicable UAE taxes arising from your commissions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        4. Purchasing and Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Payments must be made through our authorized secure payment gateways or bank transfers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The Company reserves the right to adjust product pricing or membership package costs at any time with prior notice to the community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          5. Compensation and Rewards<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Bonuses:<\/strong> Commissions (Sponsor, Pairing, Key-in, and Unilevel) are calculated based on the current Compensation Plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Affiliate Rewards:<\/strong> The 5% Affiliate Reward is only triggered when a sale is successfully completed and verified through your unique affiliate link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Repurchase Discount:<\/strong> The 5% discount applies to subsequent orders made after the initial membership package is fully paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Payouts:<\/strong> Commissions are disbursed according to the Company\u2019s weekly or monthly schedule. The Company reserves the right to withhold payouts if there is evidence of fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            6. Product Claims and Marketing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • Health Claims:<\/strong> You may not claim that Diva SC cures, treats, or prevents any medical condition. Our products are organic food supplements, not medicines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Income Claims:<\/strong> You must not guarantee specific earnings to prospective members. Income depends entirely on individual effort and team performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Branding:<\/strong> Members must use corporate-approved marketing materials. Altering the Diva Secret logo or creating unauthorized “official” social media pages is prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              7. Prohibited Conduct<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              Members agree not to engage in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Cross-Sponsoring:<\/strong> Attempting to move an existing member from one team to another.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Inventory Loading:<\/strong> Purchasing excessive amounts of product solely to achieve a higher rank without a genuine intent to consume or retail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Disparagement:<\/strong> Making false or negative statements about the Company, its products, or other members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                8. Shipping and Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                • We deliver across all seven Emirates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. The Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or incorrect address information provided by the member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  9. Termination and Suspension<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                    \n
                  • Voluntary:<\/strong> You may terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Involuntary:<\/strong> The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for breaches of these Terms, ethical violations, or actions that harm the Company\u2019s reputation in the UAE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Upon termination, all rights to future commissions and access to the Member Dashboard will cease.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    10. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                    To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Diva Secret UAE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your business activities or the use of our products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates<\/strong>. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    12. Amendments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                    The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via the Member Dashboard or email. Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
